   Er is een deal en de koers zakt hard. Analist van KBC vindt de deal positief. Kennelijk zijn de aandeelhouders minder blij. Ik vind het wel raar dat ze nu de rechten verkopen. Ik wil ze in de toekomst niet meer hebben. Succes met dit aandeel. Ik heb de laatste weken dit aandeel gevolgd, maar ik zie er geen brood meer in.

   Ja met een jaarlijkse omzet stijging van 60% in de komende 5 jaar. 30*1,6*1.6*16*1,6*1,6 =omzet 314 miljoen
   
   nette marge 30%is 314*0,3=94,2 miljoen winst : 50 miljoen is winst per aandeel van 1,884euro
   
   Dan 47:1,884 =24,95 moet dan de kw zijn en is niet erg hoog voor een snel groeiend bedrijf!
   
   Dus in 2022 zou een koers van 47 euro mogelijk zijn

   MDxHealth and Exact Sciences say they will share their respective epigenetic and molecular diagnostic technologies and R&D through a five-year collaboration agreement with the ultimate goal of developing new epigenetic-based diagnostics for a range of indications, including urology and lung cancer.

   "We are delighted to continue our long-standing scientific cooperation through this new agreement, which has the potential to benefit both companies' product development programs," added Dr. Graham Lidgard, CSO and svp of R&D at Exact Sciences.
   
   MDxHealth and Exact Sciences have a long-standing relationship. Exact’s stool DNA colorectal cancer screening test, Cologuard®, which was approved by FDA in mid-2014, incorporates MDxHealth’s DNA methylation biomarker, NDRG4, licensed to Exact Sciences in 2010. Alongside the companies' new collaboration agreement Exact Sciences is now buying the NDRG4 patent, and assets relating to the methylation-related use of the fecal immunochemical test (FIT) technology, from MDxHealth. The acquisitions include one-time fees of $15 million, which includes payments accrued since July 2016.
   
   MDxHealth develops biomarker-based molecular diagnostic tests for urologic cancers. Earlier this month the firm negotiated an exclusive licensing deal for technology developed at Belgium’s Ghent University, which allows the visual detection of cancer-related epigenetic changes in both tissue and liquid samples. MDxHealth's European headquarters are located in Belgium, and the firm also has a research joint-venture, NXTGNT (Epi)genomics with Ghent University.
   
   Exact Sciences and MD Anderson Cancer Center inked an agreement in mid-2015 to jointly develop and commercialize blood-based screening and diagnostic tests for early lung cancer detection. Last month Exact Sciences and the Mayo Clinic reported promising data from a study evaluating their blood biomarker test for lung cancer.

    Exact Sciences Q1 Revenues Triple

    NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – Exact Sciences reported before the opening of the market on Thursday that its first quarter revenues rose 226 percent year over year, driven by a 150 percent increase in the number of completed Cologuard colon cancer tests.
    
    For the three months ended March 31, the diagnostics company reported revenues of $48.4 million, up from $14.8 million a year earlier, and blowing away the analyst estimate of $37.3 million.
    
    Exact completed 100,000 Cologuard tests during the quarter, with an average recognized revenue per test of $485.
    
    "Our team is proud of the impact we are having on the early detection of colon cancer," Exact Chairman and CEO Kevin Conroy said in a statement. "More than 450,000 people have been screened using Cologuard since it was launched, including many patients who had never previously been screened. We believe that increasing patient demand and physician awareness, and Cologuard's recent inclusion in the Star Ratings position our test well for long-term, sustainable growth."
    
    The company said that about 10,000 health care providers ordered their initial Cologuard test during Q1, and that approximately 70,000 providers have ordered the test since it was launched. Further, approximately 197 million Americans are members of health plans that cover Cologuard as of April 26.
    
    Exact's Q1 net loss narrowed to $34.9 million, or $.32 per share, from $47.5 million, or $.49 per share, in the year-ago period. Analysts had expected a loss per share of $.41.
    
    The company's R&D costs for the quarter fell 21 percent to $8.0 million from $10.1 million in Q1 2016, and its SG&A expenses rose 35 percent to $58.9 million from $43.5 million.
    
    The firm ended the quarter with $39.2 million in cash and cash equivalents, and $235.5 million in marketable securities.
    
    For full-year 2017, Exact raised its guidance for both revenues and test volume. The company now anticipates revenues of $195 million to $205 million and completed Cologuard test volume of at least 470,000 tests during 2017. Analysts are expecting revenues of $178 million for 2017. Previous guidance was $170 million to $180 million in revenues and 415,000 completed Cologuard tests.
    
    For the second quarter, the company anticipates at least 115,000 completed Cologuard tests.
    
    Exact also announced today that it has signed a five-year epigenetics and molecular diagnostics collaboration agreement with MDxHealth. The companies will share their proprietary technologies with the goal of developing biomarkers and clinical diagnostics for urologic and lung cancers.
    
    Further, Exact is acquiring MDxHealth patents for colorectal cancer, including its DNA methylation biomarker NDRG4, and technology covering the use of fecal immunochemical test in combination with methylation. These acquisitions include one-time fees totaling $15 million, including payments accrued since July 2016, the firms said.
    
    Exact's shares rose 23 percent to $29.27 in morning trading on the Nasdaq.

    Ik ben nog steeds mijn ogen aan het uitwrijven, maar als ik het dus goed begrijp heeft EXAS slechts 8 miljoen betaald voor de afkoop, en betaalde het nog 7 miljoen extra voor nieuwe patenten. Hier is echt meer aan de hand. Naar mijn mening heeft Jan Groen nog een extra dikke vis binnengehaald waar momenteel niet echt een waarde kan op gekleefd worden.

    Alleen maar fake orders van precies 1000 in de laat.
    Wie is die partij die gisteren koers MdxHealth heeft onderuit gehaald.
    Besef me steeds beter dat Exact Sciences - MdxHealth deal het platform is voor Exact Sciences om MdxHealth geheel door te lichten.
    Gaan we dan toch binnenkort overname zien van MdxHealth.
    In ieder geval komt er een waanzinnige nieuwe deal met Exact Sciences: is AssureMdx in het spel betrokken.
    
    Ga ervan uit dat koers MdxHealth vandaag hersteld.
