   Als er gedaald moet worden, is Bam er als de kippen bij. Ik zie €4,40 ook nog wel komen. En dan naar en na de Q2-cijfers weer omhoog (als tenminste de cijfers nu eens echt kunnen overtuigen - dat is altijd afwachten bij deze ik-zal-je-'s-ff-nagatief-verrassen-bouwtoko). In de tussentijd kun je beter van het weer genieten. Want van de Communicatie moet je het bij Bam niet hebben.

   Ja heerlijk weer en ook om heerlijke Griekse salades te maken Bam komt wel weer even juni afwachten maar vind het nog steeds jammer van 5,50 naar 4,834€
   Dus echt Bam gaat al jaren zo dus profiteer ervan maakt je gek maar af en toe vrolijk.

   Leuk zo'n link Ed. Bam heeft meegebouwd aan het navo hoofdkwartier. Nou nou. Als Bam een bakker was stonden we met z'n alle te kijken of er weer iemand met een taartje naar buiten liep.
   Weinig over dit project gehoord dus hopelijk enige marge gehaald.

   3 jaar geleden dreigde de bouw nog stil te komen liggen omdat er 245 miljoen extra nodig was voor o.a. bijgestelde beveiligingseisen. Navo ging met de pet rond om 19 miljoen vooruit te betalen om de bouw voortgang te doen vinden. Denk niet dat er uiteindelijk veel aan overgehouden is.
   Dat we er verder niet veel over gehoord hebben komt waarschijnlijk door de aard van het Navo-beestje.
   Het is wel een prachtig prestatieobject, hoewel de schoorsteen ook moet roken.

    Ed, Is nou de bouw definitief van het ziekenhuis in Ierland van 1 miljard voor BAM?
    Het krantenartikel liegt toch niet. Dat is toch groot nieuws? Is snap deze daling dan niet.
    Die 5 moet er dan toch echt wel weer staan lijkt mij.
    We zitten nou op de bodem dunkt mij.

    Bam is vast al bezig daar lijkt mij....al een tijd....denk je ook niet.
    Mocht ik het verkeerd hebben geen probleem van maken op dit forum.
    We gaan voor Bam waar of niet of het stijgt zal het dalen ligt het niet aan Bam maar het wereld gebeuren zou bijna zeggen profiteer ervan.

    Construction group BAM will lead the 40€ million regeneration of Studley Castle hotel in Warwickshire.
    
    The Grade II*-listed country house was acquired by Warner Leisure Hotels last year since when it has closed to undergo a major programme of renovation work.
    
    BAM is the group behind the revamp of the Barclaycard Arena, Three Snowhill and the second building on the 578€ million Paradise project in the Colmore Business District.
    
    It will refurbish and restore what will become the 14th hotel in Bourne Leisure group under the Warner brand.
    
    The group acquired the country house and also owns holiday parks Butlin's and Haven.

    Studley Castle near Redditch was built in the 1830s and will have 210 bedrooms, a swimming pool and spa when it reopens.
    
    A new bedroom block and cabaret space extension to the existing stable block will link to the main building.
    
    Jon Kiteley, BAM's construction manager, said: "Our team has been working closely with Bourne Leisure and its consultants to develop the design and construction strategy to deliver this landmark project.
    
    "We now have the opportunity to deliver the redevelopment which will see the rejuvenation of this important local landmark, allowing its story to continue towards, and beyond, its 200th anniversary."
    Studley Castle will reopen in winter 2018.

    A €43 million contract for the development of a 296 bed student residence was signed earlier today by BAM Ireland and Global Student Accommodation (GSA), and is expected to be completed by September 2018.
    
    The residence, Uninest Mill II, will be located in Merchants Quay alongside another 400 bed student residence constructed by GSA. That residence, Uninest New Mill, will open for students in September 2017. The Merchants Quay site received planning permission in July 2016.
    
    The new construction will offer a combination of ensuite cluster apartments and community spaces, while the ground floor will house small businesses.
    
    The construction will create approximately 250 jobs throughout its construction, with a further five full-time positions becoming available upon completion in 2018.
    
    According to a press release, GSA have said that during site planning for the new construction there was “full consultation” with local residence and Dublin City Council, and that they held discussions with local universities to discuss the needs of the universities as their student populations grow.
    
    Following the signing of the contract, GSA’s Head of Construction Europe, Aaron Bailey, said in a press statement: “This is an exciting day for GSA, as securing this contract brings us even closer to our goal of delivering 5,000 additional student beds to Dublin by the end of 2021.”
    
    The construction of Uninest Mill II will make it the fifth student accommodation residence built in Dublin by GSA.
    
    GSA currently has one student residence open in Dublin, called Uninest Broadstone Hall, which provides 101 student beds. The building was refurbished for student use and opened in 2016.
    
    GSA has plans for two student accommodation complexes to open this year. As mentioned above, Uninest New Mill will provide 400 beds by September 2017, while Uninest Kavanagh Court is expected to provide 491 student beds from September 2017. Plans also stretch into 2018, as Uninest Brunswick Street is being constructed by Bennett Construction and will provide 571 student beds from September 2018.
    
    Dublin is currently in the midst of a housing crisis that has been affecting students for a number of years. Not enough student accommodation is being provided to satisfy the population, and the cost of renting has risen annually.
    
    Some measures have been taken to combat this, however. This academic year, Trinity College leased 248 beds in the Binary Hub student accommodation complex to Trinity students. However this lease was for one year and it is currently unclear whether it will be extended for the 2017/18 academic year.
    
    Construction of Oisin House, a proposed student accommodation complex on Pearse Street for Trinity students, was approved by Dublin City Council in December last year, and is set to provide approximately 250 beds for Trinity students.
    
    However, a plan for a 152 bed student residence in Drumcondra was rejected last week as the planning was, according to Council planning officials: “inappropriately designed and inadequately detailed”, and due to its “bulk, height, and design would seriously injure the residential amenities” of the area.

    zit toch nog te wachten op 2 PB's t.a.v. beide opdrachten. € 83 miljoen samen. Helaas is die afd.PR bij Bam aan het zonnen en klooit de MM maar wat aan.

    Naast die opdrachten zou het ook fijn zijn dat het Ierse ziekenhuis opnieuw in de pers komt.
    Het interesseert ze kennelijk geen biet of dat nu wel of niet in de media komt.
    Gelukkig is de frontpagina van BAM eindelijk veranderd en zijn die Zürich studentenwoningen eraf.

    Ed, ik verwacht voor die 2 ordertjes geen PB van BAM (van de holding) zelf. Ga er maar van uit dat institutionele beleggers het toch wel weten. Die € 83 is (nuchter bekeken) "slechts" 2,5 dag omzet. Het scheelt misschien wat voor de Nederlandse particuliere beleggers maar velen daarvan lezen toch wel jouw berichtgeving hier.
