    Bitcoin fell for the first time in four trading sessions, pushing the largest cryptocurrency back toward price levels that technical analysts say could portend greater losses.

    The virtual currency fell as much as 9.2% to $31,667 in New York trading, capping a volatile week that saw the prices swing almost $10,000.

    Bitcoin Resumes Slide
    On Monday , the original cryptocurrency formed a death cross, meaning its average price over the last 50 days fell below that of its 200-day moving average. The indicator is typically seen as a closely-watched technical measure that could offer a hint at more pain to come.

    “The volatility that you’re seeing there is significant and investors that are looking at that as an asset class for a portfolio, this type of volatility is not a welcome development,” said Matt Miskin, co-chief investment strategist at John Hancock Investment Management

    Ik heb nog wat cash euro's staan op een exchange.
    Ik ben nu aan het twijfelen om het daar een tijdje geparkeerd te laten staan.
    Achten jullie de kans groot dat als de bitcoin koers aanzienlijk daalt, de exchange niet meer in staat zal zijn de euro's uit te betalen?
    Als er echt een run komt op bitcoin?

    Kortom: Haal ik beter al mijn geld af?

    Technische analyse zegt dat de Bitcoin nog heel fors gaat dalen binnenkort. De grafiek doet mij denken aan de grafieken begin jaren 2000 ( ja echt live meegemaakt, gaat de tijd hard ;-)) Ik belegde toen ook in van die gehypte bedrijfjes, waar Baan wellicht het mooiste voorbeeld van was. Pak de grafieken van de internetbubbel er maar ff bij en leg die over de grafiek van de Bitcoin en je weet hoe dit af gaat lopen.
