    Goedendag,

    Ik heb me een beetje ingelezen en wil eigenlijk wel instappen. Maar ik kan niet zo heel diep in het orderboek inkijken. Als ik er een 2000 wil kopen, krijg ik ze voor welke prijs? Dan kan het wel zijn dat de koers naar € 11,50 gaat want met 450 stuks gaat hij al naar 10,64.
    Wie kan me de verdere diepte van het orderboek vertellen?

    Breda, the Netherlands / Ghent, Belgium – arGEN-X N.V. (Euronext Brussels: ARGX), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on creating and developing differentiated therapeutic antibodies for the treatment of cancer and severe autoimmune diseases, today reports that its partner RuiYi, Inc., a company focused on the discovery and development of novel biologic therapies, has announced the first human dosing of Gerilimzumab, a novel monoclonal antibody neutralizing the IL-6 cytokine, for the treatment of autoimmune disorders including rheumatoid arthritis.

    arGEN-X licensed the worldwide rights to develop and commercialize Gerilimzumab to RuiYi in late 2012. Gerilimzumab was originally generated by arGEN-X using its SIMPLE Antibody™ platform and has been further differentiated with NHance®, its novel, proprietary technology, which prolongs the circulation time and improves tissue distribution of antibodies.

    The clinical trial initiated by RuiYi is a double-blind, placebo controlled study in healthy volunteers, with both single and multiple ascending dose protocols. The start of the trial triggers an undisclosed milestone payment by RuiYi to arGEN-X.

    Positive results from this study will support advancing Gerilimzumab into trials in patients with autoimmune disorders, including moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis in 2016.

    Hebben jullie een idee waarom "The start of the trial triggers an undisclosed milestone payment by RuiYi to arGEN-X". dit niet bekend gemaakt wordt.

    argenix blijft zijn platvorm prima uitbouwen en heb er nog wat bijgekocht. Ik denk dat de simple human antibodies gebaseerd op het gemak van de lama approach van deze oud-Ablynx medewerkers erg veel potentie heeft met hun verleende octrooien en diverse humane antibodies in ontwikkeling en in partnering. Bij Ablynx blijven nanobodies toch een nieuwe approach waarvoor de eerste nanobopdy maar eerst door FDA-EMEA moet worden geaccepteerd, terwijl humane/humanized antibodies al ruim op de markt zijn. Kan niet anders met deze technologie dat de koers omhoog gaat want zijn nog goedkoop te noemen voor dit marktsegment

    ja aandeel wordt door zeer weinig mensen gevolgd en bijna geen handel dan krijg je dit effect. Maar ik denk dat echt een knaller kan worden en Hans de Haard en Tim CEO zijn zeer ervaren. Kan in feite alleen maar omhoog gaan op deze waardering maar dan zal er meer aandacht voor moeten komen en er ook successen in een fase 2 studie moeten worden getoond of major co-development license deal. Maar dit bedrijf is zeer vergelijkbaar met een Genmab wat nu 5200 Meuro waard is.....En er komt ook nog een Merus (ex-Crucell CEO) aan die met hun bispecifieke op de Nasdaq geld gaat ophalen die ook een mooie opportunity in de dop vormen.

    Ik las dat ze onlangs 75 milj. privaat kapitaal in de VS hebben opgehaald waardoor beursgang voorlopig niet noodzakelijk is.

    BUSINESS UPDATE AND OPERATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

    In the third quarter of 2015, the Company:

    Entered into an exclusive license agreement with the Clinical Research Department of University of Bern, enabling argenx to develop and commercialize ARGX-110-based therapies to overcome treatment resistance mechanisms in hematologic tumors. The license agreement arose from a highly productive collaboration between the two groups, jointly announced in December 2014.

    Announced the first human dosing by partner RuiYi, Inc. in a double-blind, placebo-controlled study of Gerilimzumab in healthy volunteers. Gerilimzumab is a novel monoclonal antibody neutralizing the IL-6 cytokine for the treatment of autoimmune disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis. argenx originally generated the antibody using its SIMPLE Antibody™ platform and in late 2012, licensed worldwide development and commercialization rights to RuiYi. Gerilimzumab has been further differentiated with argenx’ NHanceTM technology, which prolongs circulation time and improves tissue distribution of antibodies.
    More recently, the Company:

    Completed first human dosing of ARGX-113, a potential breakthrough therapy for the treatment of autoimmune crisis. ARGX-113 is argenx’ fourth drug candidate entering human trials in six years of operations.

    FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS (as of 30 September 2015)

    Operating income of EUR 7.3 million (Sept 30, 2014: EUR 3.6 million).
    Net loss of EUR 10.1 million (Sept 30, 2014: EUR 6.3 million).
    Net cash burn of EUR 9.3 million, resulting in a cash position of EUR 46.6 million (cash, cash-equivalents and financial assets) allowing the company to pursue the progress of its product portfolio as planned.
