    Institutionele beleggers kopen en nemen een positie in vóór commercialisering en nasdaq-notering.

    Kun je je voorstellen wat de marktreactie zal zijn wanneer ze hun eerste partnerschapsdeal, contract, verkoop met een Tier-1-partner aankondigen? Ik heb eens gelezen dat ze nu meer dan 12 pilots hebben lopen met verschillende partners en aangezien we dicht bij commercialisering komen, heeft dit een enorm voordeel.. we hebben (bijna) geen schulden en zouden een gigantische melkkoe hebben als de commercialisering begint.. Mensen kunnen denk dat ik een dromer ben als ik zeg dat LWLG op NASDAQ zal zijn met een aandeelprijs tussen 50-75 $ in de komende 24-36 maanden, maar ik ben dit echt serieus.. Als we 10% (conservatief) van big datacenters als onze klanten hebben, hebben het in totaal over meerdere B $ -contracten. De enige zorg die ik heb is dat we na het eerste verkoopcontract worden uitgekocht voor 10-15 $

    Even kijken of ik het goed doe maar er is al een lightwave draadje en zo wordt het wel onoverzichtelijk joepke

    Ik geef toe dat het raar is dat het andere draadje onder kopje asml zit maar dan zou eigenlijk henk de draadjes logisch moeten ordenen,denk ik opzich is het logisch dat je naar amerikaanse aandelen gaat en dan kopje lightwave

    ‘Maar ik weet ook niet wat ik daar aankan doen zou zeggen lees in ieder geval het andere draadje ook eens daar staat al een boel informatie op

    LIghtwave verdient zeker een apart draadje. Weinig meer veelbelovende aandelen in de markt, lees je in, kijk naar de laatste presentaties en je zult het ook gaan zien. Dit gaat over wereldwijde disruptie in een gigantische markt

    LWLG zal echt gaan ontploffen wanneer de notering op Nasdaq komt en de zichtbaarheid groter wordt. Nu is de aankoop op de OTC markt niet bij elke broker mogelijk. Nu reeds snelheden tot 3 keer deze van fiber, de heel grote jongens zullen zeker komen.

    Goedemiddag,

    Het is alweer even geleden dat er op dit forum bijdragen over LWLG zijn geschreven.Een ander forum dat veel gebruikt werd door internationale forumlieden heeft helaas zijn objectiviteit verloren.

    Misschien is het mogelijk om dit forum weer te gaan gebruiken?

    Company signs its first material supply and license agreement for its Perkinamine® series materials

    ENGLEWOOD, Colo., May 25, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Lightwave Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ: LWLG), a technology platform company leveraging its proprietary electro-optic polymers to transmit data at higher speeds with less power, today announced the company's first commercial material supply license agreement for its Perkinamine® chromophore materials.

    This initial commercial material supply license agreement will provide Perkinamine® chromophore materials for polymer based photonic devices and photonic integrated circuits (PICs). Supplying licensed materials is one prong of the Company's three-prong revenue model and business strategy that includes polymer modulator products as well as technology transfer. The license agreement represents tangible commercial progress for electro-optic polymers as part of the company's business plan.

    The supply license agreement terms include supply of electro-optic polymer material, license initiation fee, per unit royalties, minimum royalty levels that increase annually, and minimum sales volume in units.
