   DZR is ingehuurd door IEX om de fora op gang te houden. Het lukt hem nog aardig ook. Dat hij af en toe een waarschuwende vinger opsteekt kan ik ook begrijpen. Maar dat hij ook konstant bij bedrijven als Kiadis, Pharming, Rood, Sopheon, Esperite en vele anderen er alleen maar op hamert dat het oplichters of besturen zijn die niet capabel zijn gaat mij te ver. Ook de aandelen van DZR zelf in AND waar hij heel hoog van de toren blaast dat zij het als bestuur heel goed doen klopt in mijn opinie voor geen meter. Voor mij kunnen ze dan ook in het bovenstaande rijtje geplaatst worden.

   Er klopt weinig van jouw verhaal; o.a. vergeet je mijn favoriete aandeel te noemen: AMG.
   Ook ben ik op dit forum al zeker 4 jaar bezig met informatie geven over de Bitcoin.

    Wat gaan we doen de laatste weken tot de update? Ik denk dat we richtig de 400 gaan kruipen en dan is het het afwachten wat er komen gaat!

    Dat de conversie nu al wordt gedaan , sterkt mij in de gedachte dat er dividend uitgekeerd gaat worden. De leniging hinder krijgen evengoed hun 8% en daarbij omdat ze dan de aandelen hebben ook dividend. Dus niet slecht van hun bedacht!

    General Summary
    
    The Sopheon Innovation Pre-Sales Business Consultant's (BC) objective is to provide innovation, product and business consulting expertise, as well as being the Account Executive's (AE) teammate. The BC works with the AE to develop the account sales strategy, then participates in the solution engagement portion of the selling process. The BC is responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the prospect's innovation maturity and business requirements, then identifying and promoting the Sopheon solution approach and developing phased implementation plans.
    The BC is the solution leader of the sales team and is recognized across all of Sopheon as a leader and expert in our abilities to solve unique innovation problems. The BC is responsible for presenting a clear value proposition and responsible for providing the software expertise and technical content of the proposed solution. The BC maintains this responsibility until such time as an order is received. The BC is the primary lead on writing the technical portions of business proposal and RFP. Finally, the BC is the solution lead for the internal kickoff meeting and attends the first few days of the customer implementation project for a smooth handoff of the customer to the Client Services Business Consultant.
    
    Responsibilities and Duties
    Customer engagement and Solution identification
    • Lead development of Innovation Architecture and discovery, leveraging Sopheon and Industry best practices with the customer.
    • Play a leading role in the design of the solution, ensuring it fully meets the customer's business needs.
    • Advise the customer on Accolade® solution training and roll-out activities/program.
    • Take a proactive role to push an account along to make a Sopheon decision. Proactively prepare for customer meetings without being requested to do so.
    
    Business Development & Pre-sales
    • Conduct Innovation Maturity Assessments to identify customer innovation challenges and assess business needs (e.g. through needs analysis interviews/ workshops/sessions)
    • Conduct initial Innovation Architecture analyses.
    • Contribute to responses on RFI's/RFP's and proposals
    • Lead and develop Accolade® solution prototypes
    • Define what cross functional resources are needed for the account, why they are needed, when they are needed and what their role is for each situation. Coordinate cross functional resources in order to win the business
    • Provide leadership to understand solution challenges to solve business problems
    • Develop demonstration strategies and approaches that show how the Accolade solution suite solves the business problem of the customers.
    • Develop a working relationship with the customers implementation team and sponsors
    • Document business & solution needs, infrastructure needs, risks and potential obstacles we might face with customers
    • Define innovation challenges customers may face when implementing our solution
    • Take the lead to understand and document why our offering is superior to a competitive approach being considered by a customer.
    • Define and document our solution approach, highlighting our strengths, challenges we face, and associated risks. This includes taking the lead on technical responses to RFPs.
    • Oversee and assemble the overall product content of our solution. Provide the written portion of the technical content of a Sopheon proposal
    • Clearly articulate and identify any needs for change to our Accolade solution
    
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    Education
    
    • Master's degree preferably in/related to Business Management;
    Consulting or Engineering Degree
    • 8-10 years' experience in business or software solution consulting
    • Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Good/Consumer Packaged Goods, Chemical, High Tech or Manufacturing is a plus
    • Knowledge of New Product Development (NPD) processes (such as Stage-Gate™), strategic portfolio management and innovation practices or PDMA certification is a plus.
    • Experience with Innovation. Product Development, Portfolio Management and Strategic Planning processes
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to communicate at strategic level; comfortable working at the C-level
    • Experience in conducting workshops, performing assessments, demo software solutions, and delivering training.
    • Experience in communicating the benefits of complex, enterprise solutions to customers.
    • Experience in implementing business processes supported by software.
    • Experience in working with (virtual,) international, multi-cultural, cross-functional teams.
    • Experience in enterprise consultative sales process to assist Sales in closing in closing new business opportunities
    
    Technical
    • Skilled with Microsoft Office applications
    • Expert in enterprise-wide IT solutions/systems
    • Skilled in software development and programming
    • Understand web based technologies; have experience in using (web-based) business applications
    • Understand the concepts of and have experience with enterprise level systems integration
    
    Personal
