   "Het Kremlin zei dinsdag dat de terugtrekking van de troepen geen verrassing is. „We hebben altijd al gezegd dat troepen terugkeren naar hun bases als oefeningen voorbij zijn”, aldus een woordvoerder. Rusland heeft vanaf het begin ontkend plannen te hebben voor een invasie.    De trein op die vrolijk in het roze licht gezette brug doet lief aan , bijna ontwapenend zelfs! de oefeningen zijn weer voorbij met de vermelding daarbij dat de NAVO elk jaar ook oefeningen doet(aan de oostkant va Oekraine) met een veelvoud aan materieel van wat de Russen daar hadden aan de andere kant van de grens, neem hier terdege notie van.

   Ondertussen lees ik op buitenlandse sites dat de gaspijpleiding Nordstream 2 toch wel inzet wordt en het is te hopen en te smeken dat die door Nederland meegefinancierde leiding nu eens operationeel wordt.
   
   Want die hele Oekraine - escapade betaalt West Europa: Peters gasrekening van 150 naar 1350 Euro per maand wordt niet verlaagd..... Nou kan ik dat gemakkelijk betalen, maar de gemiddelde West Europeaan en het gemiddelde productiebedrijf of tuinder gaat naar de Filistijnen met dit soort prijsverhogingen.
   
   En ondertussen verdienen de energieleveranciers in West Europa goud- geld: Suez verhoogt zijn dividend van 0,53 naar 0,85 Euro oftewel 60 procent verhoogd. Heeft Suez een onderonsje met Gazprom ?
   
   Ach, beste lezers. Peter bezit 92000 tweeënnegentig duizend aandelen Suez en krijgt dus 92000 maal 0,85 maal 0,872 en dat is dus NETTO 68.190,40 op zijn bankrekening uitgekeerd en dat is dus zo'n 28.000 Euro NETTO méér dan vorig jaar, dankzij de geweldige verhoging van gas en elektriciteits prijzen.
   
   Door die méér uitkering kan ik prima de schandalige energieverhoging betalen....Maar de gewone man?
   
   Er gebeuren toch echt rare dingen en de energievretende industrie is de klos evenals de gewone man.
   
   Het valt mij echt op dat in de KK zo weinig wordt geklaagd over onbetaalbaar geworden energie, terwijl de winsten door het dak gaan.......en de Overheden in hun handjes wrijven vanwege de indirecte belastingen daarop.

    Ukrainian steel maker Metinvest Group intends to invest over USD 1.2 billion in the modernization of its enterprises in 2022. During 2022, the Group will continue the environmental modernization of its facilities. A key project is the reconstruction of the dedusting systems in Azovstal’s basic oxygen furnace shop. The new dedusting systems are due to be commissioned in phases during the period 2022-23. It is expected to be the largest environmental project in the Group's history, with investments exceeding USD 180 million. In addition, this year the Group plans to complete the reconstruction of the gas-cleaning units of the casthouses and the stockhouses of blast furnace No.4 and the construction of the air separation unit at Ilyich Steel. The Group is also replacing the gas cleaning units of the Lurgi-552A pelletizing machine at Northern GOK. Metinvest Group shareholder Mr Rinat Akhmetov said “We have the same, a strong, peaceful and successful Mariupol, and a strong, peaceful, united and independent Ukraine. We love Mariupol. We love Ukraine. We believe in Mariupol. We believe in Ukraine. Together we will achieve great success. We keep building, we keep investing. Metinvest Group will invest more than USD 1 billion this year. And a new university will be built in Mariupol.”
    
    In 2021, Metinvest completed several major investment projects, including the commissioning of cyclic-flow technology complexes at Northern and Ingulets GOKs. Also last year, the Group launched a major project to build a new cold-rolled, galvanised and colour-coated coil production facility at Illich Steel. Total investments in the project will exceed USD 1 billion. The project will make it possible to replace over a million tonnes of imports with high-quality domestic products. Another major environmental project in 2021 was the reconstruction, including new construction work, of the gas-cleaning units of the casthouses and the stockhouses of blast furnace No. 5 at Ilyich Steel.
    
    In Mariupol, construction began of Ukraine's first private state-of-the-art technical university Metinvest Polytechnic in 2021. The new institution, the construction and launch of which will require an investment of over EUR 30 million, will incorporate technologies from the world's leading manufacturers. Metinvest Polytechnic will set a new standard for quality education in the country and will be free of charge for Ukrainian citizens.
    
    During its 16-year history, Metinvest Group has invested over USD 11 billion in production modernisation. Among the largest investment projects implemented over this period are the construction of continuous caster No.4, the reconstruction of gas-cleaning units at the sinter plant and hot strip mill 1700 at Ilyich Steel Works and the modernisation of the concentration plant at Central GOK, which has launched the production of iron ore concentrate and pellets for direct reduction of iron.

    Dus een gas exporterend land gaat zeer indirect dreigen de gaskraan dicht te draaien door alleen maar met een paar militairen bij een grens te staan.
    
    Waarom zouden ze daar weg gaan. Makkelijke manier om je eigen prijs op te drijven. Echt dichtdraaien doen ze niet, want dan gaat europa voor lange termijn voor andere gasopties.
    
    Amerika gooit als LNG exporterend land met liefde olie op het vuur. Zou mooi zijn als europa vaste klant wordt.
    Wat een verschrikkelijk slecht politiek spel met Europa als slachtoffer die amateuristisch overal in trapt.

    Die oorlog moet en zal er komen begrijp ik uit de media en de schreeuwende, politieke figuren, de Oekrainers waren het zelf zo zat dat ze op de geplande dag beging oorlog hun "United Day" vierden, waarschijnlijk ook een stil protest tegen de westerse wereld "die waarschijnlijk meer weet dan de Oekrainers zelf"
    
    Hoe lang kan Biden nog roepen dat de Russen op het punt staan de grens over te stomen?
    Hoe lang kan Poetin nog roepen dat hij materieel blijft terug trekken?

    Mocht die oorlog onverwijld toch aanvangen: in ieder geval een oorlogskas klaarzetten om aandelen te kopen tegen een discount van 10%, want zo werkt het natuurlijk wel natuurlijk!
