    Beetje bang afwachten wat de komende 6 maand gaat gebeuren. Sony’s verkoop is geïmplodeerd. Niet de schuld van S7 maar zeer ongelukkig. Ik hoop dat we het trekken zonder al te veel problemen tot we de eerste DC volumes mogen verwachten.

    Het is niet goed. Alleen kan ik moeilijk inschatten hoe slecht het is. Ik blijf zitten maar dat is voor de durvers

    De Debentures werden uitgegeven op 14 september 2023 en dragen een rente van 9,0% per jaar, halfjaarlijks achteraf betaalbaar op de laatste werkdag van juni en december. De renteverplichting kan naar keuze van de Corporation worden voldaan in contanten of in gewone aandelen.

    Alle Gewone Aandelen die zijn uitgegeven in verband met de Rentebetaling zijn uitgegeven op basis van bepaalde prospectusvrijstellingen die beschikbaar zijn onder de effectenwetgeving en zijn onderhevig aan een wettelijke wachtperiode van vier maanden.

    In overeenstemming met Multilateral Instrument 61-101 - Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions ("MI 61-101"), vormt de Rentebetaling een "transactie met verbonden partijen" aangezien verbonden partijen van de Corporation Debentures houden.     Goed volume de laatste trading dagen. Ik heb hoopvolle nu we weten dat er toch wel interesse is in het aandeel. Het laztste nieuws heeft zeker geholpen. Keysight is de grootste partner om je dind te laten testen. 800G is daarbij zeker goed bevonden door datacenters
