    O2Diesel Corporation has developed a proprietary additive technology, O2D05, which facilitates the blending of ethanol, an oxygenate in diesel fuel, resulting in a proprietary, clean-burning fuel called O2Diesel™. O2Diesel’s second quarter revenue totaled $18,785, down from $54,624 a year earlier, and a net loss (before deemed dividend to preferred stockholders) of $2.1 million or $0.03 per share, flat with a net loss of $0.03 per share in the second quarter of 2006. This loss was in line with our expectations. The second and third quarters (to date) of 2007 have been very active periods for O2Diesel highlighted by a number of important developments discussed in our report. In our opinion, O2Diesel is in the right place at the right time to take advantage of a more favorable environment for renewable fuels. In recent years, the Company has made strides toward commercializing its products in the U.S. and internationally.     Senate Committee Approves Continued DOD Funding for the O2Diesel Fuel Development and Demonstration Program at Nellis Air Force Base

    NEWARK, DE -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/25/07 -- O2Diesel Corporation (AMEX: OTD), a pioneer in clean burning renewable ethanol diesel fuel blends, announced today that it has been included in the fiscal year 2008 Defense Appropriations bill to continue and expand existing O2Diesel(TM) O28 demonstration projects to develop clean, renewable alternative diesel fuels at Nellis AFB and Air National Guard Facilities in Nevada. The DOD Appropriations bill is pending consideration by the full Senate, and must then be reconciled with the House Defense Appropriations bill in conference.

    "We are pleased with the continued support for the Nellis AF Air Quality Improvement Project to advance O2Diesel(TM) and Next Generation O28 biodiesel as a clean, renewable alternative diesel fuel," said O2Diesel CEO Alan Rae. "This is another important step toward reducing petroleum imports while improving urban air quality in Nevada. We believe that O2Diesel(TM) and O28 can play an important role in the emerging liquid bio-fuels markets. Continued funding through DOD to support demonstration and data verification using military non-tactical diesel powered vehicle fleets at Nellis AFB will help O2Diesel to complete all the regulatory requirements that any new fuel must meet," Mr. Rae said.

    O2Diesel has been under contract to develop a new fuel for the Department of Defense that will be composed of at least 20% renewable sources including the company's patented and proprietary biomass-derived stabilizing additive, and renewable ethanol. This fuel, when finalized, will help DOD facilities meet local air quality compliance requirements and strengthen its commitment to reducing the USA's dependency on foreign oil imports. Rigorous testing of this new fuel is currently underway at the Southwest Research Institute in San Antonio, Texas, a nationally recognized research facility. The research will be followed by an expanded in-use fleet demonstration at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas where the company's O2Diesel(TM) fuel has been running successfully for the past 38 months.

    O2Diesel(TM), an extensively tested blend of 7.7vol% fuel grade ethanol treated with the company's patented and proprietary biomass-derived stabilizing additive with any available diesel fuel, significantly reduces smoke, PM, CO, NOx emissions from a host of centrally-fueled diesel-powered equipment, including urban buses, and with no engine modifications. O28 is a renewable based bio-diesel fuel consisting of O2Diesel(TM) and B20 Biofuel.

    O2Diesel Corporation (AMEX: OTD) today announced that in its continuing efforts to support the Long Beach Port Authority's efforts to improve air quality in and around the Port of Long Beach, a third tenant, one of the Port's larger operators, has become the latest fleet operator to switch to O2Diesel(TM), a unique, cleaner burning ethanol-diesel fuel blend developed by O2Diesel Corporation.

    The new customer, a major full-service container terminal operator and stevedore, has converted over 120 pieces of diesel powered equipment to O2Diesel(TM).

    "The decision by the operators at the Port of Long Beach to use O2Diesel(TM) to help reduce emissions is very important," said Alan Rae, CEO of O2Diesel Corporation. "We have worked hard at the Port of Long Beach to demonstrate that O2Diesel(TM) is a viable commercial solution for reducing the emissions normally associated with the use of regular diesel. By adopting O2Diesel(TM) as part of their environmental strategy, operators are demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to finding viable, environmentally responsible solutions to local air quality concerns."

    Rae noted O2Diesel Corporation began talking with port facilities in 2003 and one of the large operators at the Port of Long Beach was the first adopter. Additionally the Port Authority itself has used O2Diesel(TM) in its maintenance fleet for more than two years. In addition other Port tenants are testing the fuel, which is a combination of diesel, renewable ethanol and a proprietary, renewable additive.

    "In fact, O2Diesel(TM) has been used in the Port for nearly three years and has seen more than 1 million hours of use on several hundred pieces of equipment and vehicles -- from forklifts to trucks to cranes," Rae said. "The Port of Long Beach should be commended for being aggressive in its efforts to reduce harmful emissions like particulate matter and smog-forming oxides of nitrogen. We are thrilled to be part of the solution."

    The ability of O2Diesel(TM) to substantially reduce smoke, particulate matter and oxides of nitrogen (Nox) emissions has been verified by the California Air Resource Board (CARB). It has been the CARB verification and the Port's own experience with O2Diesel(TM) that led the Port to send a letter to all its tenants encouraging the use of the fuel as part of a strategy to reduce emissions from Port operations.

    "The Port supports voluntary efforts by our tenants and customers to take proactive steps to reduce operational emissions through technologies like O2Diesel(TM), which has been in use by the Port's maintenance fleet for over 18 months," said the letter, signed by Dr. Robert Kanter, the Port's Managing Director of Environmental Affairs & Planning.

    The letter added that O2Diesel(TM) has been found to be "safe, functional and user friendly," and that "the Port of Long Beach encourages the use of O2Diesel(TM) in the existing centrally-fueled diesel fleets operating at the Port."

    "O2Diesel(TM) has the added benefit of working with filters and traps installed in an engine's exhaust system to further reduce emissions. O2Diesel(TM) is a perfect tool because it is simple to use and can be part of an overall clean air strategy, allowing companies to add components over time that further reduce emissions," Rae said.

    Chris Willig, sales manager for General Petroleum, which supplies fuel for Port tenants, said his company was pleased to be part of the valuable project. "We want to supply what our customers want," he said. "In this case, we are excited to supply a cleaner burning fuel to three of the Port's major tenants. The product is simple to use and a great option for reducing emissions for those at the Port or elsewhere."
