   Weet ik niet. Volgens mij is het zo dat de aandelen op elk moment opgevraagd kunnen worden en dat je dan drie dagen hebt om ze te leveren. Maar toevallig verliepen afgelopen vrijdag ook de januari-opties, dus dat zou een (on)gelukkige samenloop kunnen zijn.

   La Ville de Bruxelles attend la dernière mouture des projets de stades des trois consortiums privés toujours en lice pour le 2 février. Le jury se rassemblera ensuite dans le courant du mois pour donner son avis. La décision finale du collège de la Ville de Bruxelles pour l’obtention du marché du stade n’est pas attendue avant mars, à l’origine elle était prévue pour le début du mois de janvier.
   
   La construction et la gestion du futur stade national sur le parking C seront confiées à l’un des trois consortiums privés suivants : le néerlandais BAM, le belge Besix et une association entre trois groupes de construction (belge, espagnol et australien). Ces trois groupes ont déjà remis deux moutures de leur projet, la première au mois de juillet et la deuxième début décembre. Normalement cette deuxième mouture aurait dû être la dernière, mais il y en aura finalement une troisième. Il faut apparemment faire des modifications en termes de places de parking. Il y a quelques semaines, les organisateurs de salons sur le Parc des Expositions s'étaient plaints à l'époque. Selon eux, il serait difficile de faire cohabiter de gros salons avec un stade de 60 000 places... construit sur un ancien parking!

   Le problème, c'est que le temps presse ! Le stade devra être prêt pour l'euro 2020. Et la Ville de Bruxelles a même assuré à l’UEFA que le stade serait prêt pour le mois de juin 2018, c’est d’ailleurs une exigence de l'UEFA ! Niveau timing, les trois consortiums présenteront leur projet modifié le 2 février, ensuite un jury se réunira courant février et la décision finale du collège de la Ville de Bruxelles devrait être prise au mois de mars. Au départ on parlait d'une décision fin décembre, début janvier. Avec cette nouvelle donne cela fera quand même 3 mois de retard, mais d'après Alain Courtois, échevin des Sports à Bruxelles, le stade sera prêt dans les temps, puisque depuis le début il était prévu d’introduire la demande de permis au mois d’avril. L’échevin bruxellois reconnaît malgré tout que le temps presse !

   Hat trick of good news for BAM’s Connect110NS
   
   BAM Properties and Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (Deutsche AWM) have announced more good news for their successful Glasgow office development, Connect110NS, with a third new occupier taking space within the striking city centre office building.
   
   Professional Services firm Deloitte, which provides audit, tax, consulting and corporate finance services, is to lease the entire fifth floor which spans 18,141 sq ft. The firm, which has 33 partners and over 500 staff across its three Scottish operations, will relocate from its current premises in George Square.
   
   John Burke, managing director properties, BAM Construct UK, said the building’s design, sustainability and location have been key components in attracting the high calibre of businesses to the development.
   
   He said: “Glasgow has suffered from a lack of Grade A office development and with Connect110NS leading the way, along with other large scale city developments being planned, the city can only benefit from a competitive edge such investment and infrastructure creates.”
   
   Deloitte will join fellow occupiers Brodies LLP, who will be based on the seventh and part of the sixth floor, and Grant Thornton UK LLP who will be located on the upper floor.
   
   Ian Steele, senior partner for Scotland & Northern Ireland at Deloitte, added: “This move comes at a great time for our business as we look to transform our Glasgow office into a more modern, sustainable space. Moving into a new building will hopefully generate a little excitement amongst our staff as well as give us the opportunity to interact and collaborate more readily, as we move from operating across three floors to just one. It will help us as we try to create a truly distinctive offering for our staff and clients.
   
   “The new flexible working space will also support the significant steps we have made over the last 12 months to expand our Work Agility programme which encourages our people to work in a more agile way, equipping and trusting them to deliver work of a consistently high quality when they are not physically present in the office. We are delighted to be able to do all of this while remaining in a prominent City Centre location.”

   The building will be handed over by BAM Construction to BAM Properties in June 2015 and BAM Properties will continue to partner with Deutsche AWM to manage the building through to completion and full occupancy.
   
   A further 83,000 sq ft of office accommodation remains for let along with 20,000 sq ft of ground floor retail space

    op de shortlist worden positie`s onder de 0,50% niet meer gemeld.Kunt u mij de beweegreden geven van die grens van 0,50%? Ik als aandeelhouder zou liever zien dat de grens bij 0,25% ligt of het liefst natuurlijk op 0.Met het huidige systeem is er een groot grijs gebied of een hedgefonds nu nog short zit of niet.
