   Punch Graphix takes note of the planned capital increase at Accentis
   
   Eede, the Netherlands – September 28, 2010 – Punch Graphix takes note of the intention of Accentis NV, a public limited company organised under the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium having its registered office at Ter Waarde 21, 8900 Ieper, to increase its share capital with a maximum amount of 20.492.209,44 EUR.
   
   On request of Accentis, Punch Graphix has decided to participate through a full exercise of its preferential subscription rights for an amount of 5.019.487,04 EUR, to avoid dilution of its current participation of 24,49% in the share capital of Accentis NV.
   
   The non-exercised preferential subscription rights of the other shareholders will be put up for sale by Accentis as “scrips”. In case not all of the scrips are exercised, Punch Graphix will, for a maximum additional amount of 4.980.512,96 EUR, sign up (backstop) provided that and to the extent that Punch Graphix and its affiliated companies together hold less then half of the shares in the share capital of Accentis NV.
   
   This is a public announcement in accordance with article 5:25i of the Dutch Law on financial surveillance.

   Punch Graphix neemt nota van de geplande kapitaalverhoging bij Accentis
   
   Eede, Nederland - 28 september 2010 - Punch Graphix neemt nota van het voornemen van Accentis NV, een naamloze vennootschap naar het recht van het Koninkrijk België met maatschappelijke zetel te Ter Waarde 21, 8900 Ieper, het vergroten van haar marktaandeel kapitaal met een maximum bedrag van 20.492.209,44 EUR.
   
   Op verzoek van Accentis, heeft Punch Graphix besloten deel te nemen door middel van een volledige uitoefening van haar voorkeurrechten voor een bedrag van 5.019.487,04 EUR, om verwatering van de huidige participatie van 24,49% te vermijden in het kapitaal van Accentis NV .
   
   De niet-uitgeoefende voorkeurrechten van de andere aandeelhouders zal worden opgemaakt voor de verkoop door Accentis als "scrips". In geval niet alle van de scrips worden uitgeoefend, Punch Graphix zal voor maximaal een extra bedrag van 4.980.512,96 EUR, meld je aan (backstop) op voorwaarde dat en in de mate dat Punch Graphix en de daaraan verbonden bedrijven bij elkaar te houden minder dan de helft van de aandelen in het kapitaal van Accentis NV.
   
   Dit is een openbare aankondiging in overeenstemming met artikel 5:25 i van de Nederlandse Wet op het financieel toezicht.
