   Mr. Zelko is unfortunately dealingwith a personal family matter and is unable to respond.
   
   However, as a quick update, CMC isfinalizing the sale of the direct ship ore to China and has started to freightthe material to the port. We will be disclosing the encouraging first resultson the Logjam property very soon in a news release plus finalizing the amendedPlan of Operations for the Bishop Mill facilities. Once the BLM completes theirreview and approves the amended plan, we can start the Bishop project(estimated 1st quarter 2012). There are also two advances one on the Radcliffgold mine, plus the acquisition of a new property. Details will be releasedonce the agreements have been signed. Although the news releases have beenslim, CMC hasn't been idle. We are mainly waiting for Governmental approvalswhich are out of our control as to the review timing.

   het is toch de tijd als iedereen met de billen knjpt te gaan kopen. Angst is meestal de slechtste raadgever.
   
   heb er vandaag weer op 0.15 binnen gekregen.
   
   Zilver kan nog wat dalen tgv comex afsluitcontracten op papier maar fysiek zilver is niet aan te slepen, loopt dus volledig krom tov elkaar.
   
   Mag het mis hebben maar kan natuurlijk zeker met PAGE (fysieke markt) in aantocht, vanaf Januari dat zilver stevig zal stijgen.
   
   slecht mijn mening gevormd naar alle economische periekelen gaande.

   Morgen is de laatste dag dat canadezen aan tax selling kunnen deelnemen. Verkoop met verlies kan je aftrekken van de belasting. 46% bruto wat gemiddeld 23% teruggave opleverd. Dus inmiddels vandaag 23 December de laatste dag om je mandje te vullen.

(the "Company") is pleased to announce that the final Plan of Operation was submitted to the Bishop California office of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for review and acceptance January 24th, 2012. The amended Plan of Operation is the updated plan with the mill upgrades to 100 tons per day plus the expanded tailings impoundment to be constructed. Based on conversations with the BLM, it was stated that the review should be completed prior to the end of March, 2012. During the review period, the Company will proceed in confirming contractors to construct and install the liners for the tailings impoundment and the mill upgrades. The Bishop Mill facility was classified as an operating site that was suspended till the tailings impoundment design was approved. The acceptance of the amended Plan of Operation is the last step towards the facilities being fully permitted to operate. Don Wedman, CEO and President of the Company stated "This is a major turning point for the Company. The Bishop Mill facilities once operational, will be a valuable asset that will provide a significant cash flow to the Company and an opportunity for growth within the Inyo County mining industry."
   
   During the construction and commissioning of the facilities, Pruett Ballarat Inc. (PBI) will proceed towards completing the development of the Radcliff Mine that will supply a feedstock for the mill. It is anticipated that the Radcliff Mine will be able to supply all ore requirements for the mill over the next 3 to 5 year period. The Company has a joint venture agreement with PBI on the Radcliff Mine property.
   
   Furthermore, the Company wishes to announce that it has granted 1,475,000 common shares pursuant to incentive stock options under the Company's Rolling Stock Option Plan, which Plan received shareholder approval at its last Annual General Meeting held June 23, 2011.    Sterk spul dat amerikaans en canadees mijntjes gebeuren.
   Momenteel na een dipper weer op de weg terug naar nieuwe
   hoogten. Vlak voor een alles beslissende vergunning om naast zilver ook een producerend mijn bedrijf te worden met nog steeds een relatief laag aantal uitstaande aandelen incl de fully diluted.
   Men heeft 180.000oz aan raw silver een 50% gold productie welke na vergunning 10 miljoen NET gaat opleveren en nog wat opstart andere shit.
   13miljoen netto op 57miljoen uitstaande aandelen is intrinsiek 0,25 cent aandeel nu 0,20.
   wilde deze ook ff delen. uiteraard niet geheel onpartijdig met een aanzienlijk aantal aandelen in de porto
   technisch interessant!

   Duurt toch wel heeeel lang dat opstarten van de Bisschop mill.
   Er is ook dat verward verhaal over " het bulk sample";
   Ik heb daarover een mail gestuurd. Een deel van het bulk sample is niet afgevoerd wegens de onvoorziene intrede van de winter.Over de prijs van het andere deel was men nog steeds in onderhandeling met de " chinese koper".
   Hebben jullie nog iets gehoord? ik ook niet.

   Pana, 1/10 van het bulkdsample is verkocht. $500.000 Niets over de rest van de activiteiten. Vermoed, aangezien er normaliter wel iets bijstaat over de andere zaken dat er vlot vervolg komt, jmho.
   Het bulk gebeuren is 1/3 van de huidige marketcap, het goud 100% per jaar.
   CMB is in dat geval minimaal $1 waard. Maar alleen als die laatste vergunning een feit is.

   Vancouver, B.C.: CMC Metals Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has finalized the contract for the sale of the direct ship ore from the 2011 Silver Hart bulk sample. Currently the shipment is at the port and will be shipped over the next few weeks once a shipping line has been selected. The contract states that a Letter of Credit must be posted that the Company can draw an 85 percent provisional payment based on the preliminary assay results. SGS Canada Inc. sampled and weighted the bulk shipment for the preliminary indicated assays. Results showed that the average silver assay was 4,413.2 grams per tonne (128.8 ounces per ton) for the measured 114.1 tonne shipment. Originally reported direct ship ore weight was stated to be an estimated 170 tonnes. The difference is due to moisture loss with the shipment being stored in a warehouse several months and errors in the estimated bulk specific gravity. The remainder of the 2011 bulk sample is waiting to be prepared for costumer specifications. The Company will report the sale of the remaining bulk sample once the specifications have been determined.

    Terug lezend/achteraf waren we er (te)vroeg bij, the early adoptors. Echter CMC meatals heeft niet stil gestaan maar traag kunnen bewegen tot het punt waarop we nu verkeren. Van explorer/developer naar PRODUCER. A.s. maandag is de laatste dag dat geschreven bezwaren konden worden ingeleverd om het boven geschrevene in het roet te gooien. Eerder is dit met de waterapproval ook niet gebeurd dus kansen zijn significant hoger als ooit. tevens heeft men 120.000 ounces zilver nog in de verkoop dus bij minste geringste zilver stijging gaat CMC ook de lucht in. Graag commentaar en lees opening van dit draadje van sappas nog maar eens terug, is eigenlijk de fase waarin we nu verkeren maar dan met een goud mijn erbij welke dubbele waarde krijgt tov het zilver gedeelte. Deze goudmijn zorgtervoor dat verdere dilution van aandelen niet meer nodig is.

    Volgens Gord Zelco zijn ze in gesprek met een mill in de Yukon area om het resterende bulk sample te processen. Ook voor toekomstige bulk samples.
    Wat betreft Bisschop mill is het dus zo dat de datum om bezwaar aan te tekenen voorbij is (zonder protest) veronderstel ik.

    Wat laat maar dit is Gord's antwoord.
    Q: Will the company produce a bulk sample this year? Which size? What about the remaining sample of last year?
    A: The company is negotiating with a Yukon producer to run the Silver Hart product through their mill. This includes what remains from last year ( 1.000.000+oz silver) and future bulk samples. Working with the chinese is painfully slowand we are trying to get a long term agreement from a buyer much closer to us to bring down the shipping costs.

(the "Company") confirms that the payment terms of the acquisition of the Radcliff/Worldbeater property have been extended to a payment of US$100,000 made on June 15, 2012 (paid), and a further US$100,000 to be made by September 17, 2012, with the balance owing of US$600,000 to be paid on December 17, 2012 with interest accrued to the date of payment at 10% per annum.
    
    Development on the Radcliff/Worldbeater property has progressed and over the next few months the main haulage drift 5510 will be extended up to 200 feet on the mineralized structure, towards and past drill hole7A that was drilled by Compass Minerals Ltd. in 1996. Drill hole7A intersected the mineralized structure over a 20 foot true width. Ore passes and load-out ore pockets will be constructed every 25 feet off the main haulage drift to provide multiple ore draw points. Also an additional sub-level drift at the 5560 foot elevation will be developed over the mineralized zone to provide additional mining faces. The plan is intended to initially support a mine production of 50 tons per day and once the sub-level drift has been completed, additional stopes can increase the daily production to the 100 tons per day target. A feasibility study has not been completed and there is no certainty that the proposed operations will be economically viable. An updated NI43-101 resource evaluation is being conducted by Mine Development Associates, from Reno, Nevada. Once the report has been filed, a news release will follow.

    Bishop Facility Update
    
    Vancouver, B.C.: CMC Metals Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to provide an update on the Bishop Facilities Amended Plan of Operation. The Company has received a schedule from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Bishop Office, stating that the schedule they are following will
    provide the Decision Document on the Plan of Operations by the end of September. Following receipt of the Decision Document, the Company can commence the construction of the tailings impoundment, and commission
    the facilities that have been in suspension while Water License and Amended Plan of Operations was being reviewed and approved. Although the facilities had a NEPA performed and accepted, the BLM felt that the
    reconstruction of the tailings impoundment to a higher environmental standard was a significant change that required the NEPA to be re-evaluated. The BLM review of the NEPA is scheduled to be completed by early September, 2012. Once the Decision Document is received, the construction and commissioning period would take an additional two months. The State of California Lahontan Water Board is the leading agency for the project and has provided approval of the project as of July 13th, 2011, plus providing a Negative Declaration, stating that
    "The Project will not have a significant effect on the environment." In short, the Company is confident in having the Amended Plan of Operation accepted by the BLM. Therefore, the Bishop facilities should be in a
    position to be fully operational before year end.
    
    Furthermore, the Company is pleased to announce that it is in negotiations for direct ship ores from the Radcliff Mine. Currently the operation is conducting underground development of the main haulage drift and sub-level. As the development work continues, the ore
    produced will be suitable for direct ship ores. Until the run-of-mine ore has been crushed, representatively sampled and weighted by a certified scale, the tonnage and grade will then be reported.

Mine Development Associates (MDA) have been retained to update the past historical resource estimates to a current status by including any additional data that could influence the historical resource estimates. Exploration and development work is proceeding to bring the Radcliff Mine to a point that the mine can sustain an on-going production for the Bishop facilities.
    
    The purchase agreement was amended allowing the balance of the purchase price of US$800,000 to be paid by June 16, 2012.
