   Tarsis Acquires New Porphyry Prospect, Yukon
   VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 9, 2010) - Tarsis Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:TCC) ("Tarsis") is pleased to announce that it has acquired by staking, a 100% interest in 186 claims (approximately 3,900 hectares), named the Rosie property. The property is located at the eastern end of the Nisling Range, approximately 100 kilometers northwest of Haines Junction, Yukon.
   
   The property features strong potassic alteration and silicification within an underlying granodiorite host. Pathfinder element geochemistry from prior government stream sediment sampling is anomalous for arsenic (98th percentile), antimony (98th percentile) and molybdenum (98th percentile) as well as having elevated gold (95th percentile) and copper (98th percentile) values.

    In August of 2010 Ryan Gold initiated an exploration programme on the Ida Oro project located approximately 90 kilometres east of Dawson City, and 25 km east of the Brewery Creek mine in the Dawson Mining District, Yukon Territory. The completed exploration program included a soil geochemical sampling programme and a detailed helicopter-borne magnetic and radiometric survey.
    
    A total of 5,490 grid auger soil samples were collected by Ground Truth Exploration Ltd. ("Ground Truth") of Dawson City, Yukon. The attached figure shows the compilation of gold in soils for 6,705 samples (1,215 samples collected in earlier campaigns) collected at a 50 m sample spacing along 100 m spaced lines (http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/ryanGold.JPG). This program confirmed a strong central gold-in-soil anomaly (greater than 150 ppb Au) extending for 4 km in a north-south direction and approximately 1 km in an east-west orientation. The soil sampling also shows well defined coincident arsenic, antimony, mercury and copper anomalies. This gold-in-soil anomaly is co-incident with a magnetic low (magnetic signal) within the main magnetic body, as defined by the helicopter borne geophysics.

    Tarsis Stakes New Porphyry/Skarn Prospect, Yukon
    VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 16, 2011) - Tarsis Resources Ltd. The property is located in western Yukon, approximately 50 kilometers north of Haines Junction.
    
    Geologically, the claims are interpreted to lie within the regionally extensive Ruby Range Plutonic Suite which mostly comprises Late Cretaceous to early Tertiary granodiorite. A brief examination of the Burns property in fall 2010 by Tarsis identified a variety of rock types including felsic to mafic intrusive plus carbonate and calcareous siliciclastic rocks mostly represented by locally derived talus. Drilling highlights from the property include hole 77-08 (drilled in 1977) which was reported to have returned 1,140 g/t (33.27 oz/t) silver, 4.72 % lead and 2.30 % copper over 37.5 metres (123 feet) from surface to a depth of 37.5 metres. Hole 95-07 (drilled in 1995) was located 1.5 kilometres from hole 77-08 and tested the same stratigraphic interval, returning 517 g/t (15.1 oz/t) silver, 3.0% copper and 1.3% zinc over 15.3 metres from 28.6 metres to 43.9 metres below surface.
    
    Under the terms of the agreement, Aben has the option to earn a 100% interest in the 1,100 hectare Rusty Springs property by making $500,000 in cash payments and issuing 1,500,000 common shares to Eagle Plains over 5 years. The property shall be subject to a three percent (3%) net smelter return royalty ("NSR") in favour of Eagle Plains. Aben Resources has been granted a right to purchase a 2% NSR at any time prior to the commencement of commercial production for the consideration of $2,000,000.
    
    In other news, further to its news release dated February 1, 2011, Aben Resources has issued a total of 5,000,000 common shares to Eagle Plains Resources. (TSX VENTURE:TCC) ("Tarsis" and "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 100% interest in 503 claims (approx. 10,500 hectares) by staking, located in the Rogue District, Yukon. The claims are located 170 kilometers east of Mayo, Yukon and are accessible by helicopter. An airstrip is located at Silver Predator's nearby Plata property.
    
    The claims are situated within the Selwyn Basin and are underlain by Hyland Group, Road River and Earn Group sediments. This particular succession of rocks covers a large area of Selwyn Basin and has largely been the focus of SEDEX style lead-zinc exploration modeled after Howards Pass. Structurally-hosted silver mineralization also occurs within this succession of rocks at the nearby Plata property.
    
    Staking was carried out to cover anomalous gold response (values range from 1 to 27 ppb) from the regional government stream sediment geochemical database. While much of the historical exploration in the vicinity of the new claims was focused toward SEDEX style lead-zinc mineralization, much of this work identified abundant anomalous silver values ranging from 0.1 g/t to 23.9 g/t from soils and 0.4 g/t to 8.6 g/t silver from stream sediments. None of the anomalies were reportedly followed up and explained.
    
    In addition to the anomalous historical silver values, elevated pathfinder geochemistry is reported in both the government data and the prior operator's work, particularly for arsenic, antimony and molybdenum.
