   The Offeror announces that, pursuant to an exemption granted by The Netherlands
   Authority for the Financial Markets (“AFM”) on 17 February 2015, the Offer Period for its Offer for Nutreco is extended until two weeks after clearance from the competition authority of Ukraine has been obtained, but not later than 28 April 2015 (17.40 hours CET). 28 April 2015 being 10 weeks after 17 February 2015, the last day of the initial Offer Period.
   
   On 28 January 2015 the Ukrainian competition authority confirmed that the notification regarding the Offer was complete. The Ukrainian competition authority has a statutory period of 30 days after 28 January 2015 (i.e. until 28 February 2015) to either grant clearance or initiate a phase-2 investigation. Due to the volatile situation in Ukraine, it is uncertain at which point in time the Ukrainian competition authority will take a decision.
   However, the competent body of the Ukrainian competition authority is expected to
   convene before the end of February 2015 and the Offeror has not been notified of any substantive concerns with regard to its notification in Ukraine.
   
   The Offeror will immediately make a public announcement if and when it receives
   clearance from the competition authority of Ukraine. This announcement, if made, will include the end date of the Offer Period, which will be two weeks after the date on which the Offeror received clearance from the competition authority of Ukraine

   AMSTERDAM (AFN) - De mededingingsautoriteiten van Oekraïne hebben toestemming gegeven voor de overname van diervoerproducent Nutreco door SHV. Dat werd woensdag bekendgemaakt.
   
   Het handelsconglomeraat biedt 45,25 euro per aandeel op Nutreco. De aanmeldingstermijn onder het bod loopt nu tot en met 10 maart.
   
   SHV wacht ook in Bosnië-Herzegovina nog op instemming van toezichthouders. In dat land staan de regels het echter toe een bod al gestand te doen als die toestemming nog niet is verleend.

   SHV doet bod op Nutreco gestand
   AMSTERDAM (AFN) - 
   SHV doet zijn bod op diervoerproducent Nutreco gestand. Dat maakten de bedrijven woensdag bekend.
   
   Het conglomeraat heeft 96,15 procent van alle aandelen van Nutreco aangeboden gekregen. Volgens de partijen is nu aan alle voorwaarden voldaan om de overname te beklinken.
   De verrekening van aandelen vindt plaats op 16 maart. Nog niet aangemelde stukken kunnen tot 25 maart worden aangeboden. SHV is van plan om uiteindelijk via een uitkoopprocedure alle aandelen in handen te krijgen en wil de beursnotering van Nutreco zo snel mogelijk beëindigen.

    Uiteraard is de effective date de datum waarop de gestanddoening van het bod bekend is gemaakt, dus 11 maart.
    Ik dacht dat je bedoelde de afrekendatum, die is 16 maart.

    Amersfoort / Utrecht, the Netherlands, 10 April 2015 - Nutreco N.V.
    ("Nutreco") and SHV Investments Ltd. (the "Offeror"), an indirect wholly
    owned subsidiary of SHV Holdings N.V. ("SHV"), announce that today the
    Offeror initiated the final step in acquiring all issued and outstanding
    ordinary shares in the capital of Nutreco (the "Shares").
    
    After completion of its public offer for the Shares and subsequent
    purchases, the Offeror, on 9 April 2015, held 66,248,961 Shares,
    representing approximately 98.68% of the issued and outstanding share
    capital of Nutreco. Pursuant to the statutory squeeze-out procedure
    (uitkoopprocedure) that was initiated today, the Offeror seeks to
    acquire the 889,470 Shares not already held by either the Offeror or
    Nutreco. The Offeror and Nutreco, in the writ of summons, request the
    Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal to set the
    squeeze-out price at EUR 45.25 per Share, an amount equal to the
    consideration offered under the public offer.
    
    It has always been the Offeror's intention to ultimately acquire 100% of
    the Shares (reference is made to paragraph 6.13 of the offer memorandum
    dated 5 December 2014).

    Delisting
    
    As announced by Nutreco and the Offeror on 18 March and 25 March 2015,

    Notering Nutreco aan Euronext beeindigd
    
    AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones)--De notering van diervoederbedrijf Nutreco nv (NUO.AE) aan de Amsterdamse beurs Euronext is na sluiting van de markt donderdag beeindigd, dit meldt het concern donderdag met een persbericht.
    
    Vorige week meldde het concern met SHV Holdings nv een uitrookprocedure gestart te zijn om de niet aangemelde aandelen Nutreco alsnog in handen te krijgen.
    
    Het betreft in totaal 889.470 aandelen Nutreco, goed voor 1,32% van het kapitaal dat het concern had uitstaan.
