   Faas heeft naar 0% verkocht, melding per 18 jan, dus in ieder geval imo die 18k stukken op 3,80 verkocht.
   
   4 juni meldden ze dat Faas ruim 5% ; te weten ruim 16500 stukken had gekocht.
   Waarschijnlijk rond de 4eur gekocht voor de ex-date van de uitkering van 4,43

   wie koopt er nou 1400 stukken Yatra nu, waarvan 1265 voor Eur 4,34?
   En als je ze zo graag wil, dan koop je toch wel meer (dan die 50stuks) op 4,30 bij?

   3-3,50 nu expected, dan vind ik die bieding nu op 3,20-3,26 nog hoog.
   Hoewel er nu ook bij Yatra een algo zit, die mooi zit5 met paar honderd te dure yatra's nu.

   Update on Liquidation
   The directors wish to update shareholders on the liquidation of Yatra Capital Limited. Previous
   announcements have highlighted the delays in liquidation of the Company’s subsidiaries. During the first
   quarter of 2021, the board has been notified by the subsidiaries’ independent liquidators that required
   governmental consents to complete liquidation have been obtained in respect of 3 of the 4 remaining
   entities. Liquidation of the final subsidiary remains incomplete at this time. The board remains in regular
   contact with the relevant parties to seek to have this process completed as soon as possible but, as
   indicated previously, the timing of this step is in the hands of an independent liquidator and governmental
   agencies, is not under the control of the Company, and cannot therefore be assessed with any certainty.
   This process is required to be completed in order to confirm that the Company and Group’s tax liabilities
   are fully eliminated prior to a final distribution of capital to investors.
   The ongoing delays to the finalization of the liquidation have caused an increase in the Company’s costs,
   including additional fees to liquidators, the necessity to proceed with a further statutory audit of the
   Company’s financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2021, additional regulatory and listing fees,
   and further service fees to the Company’s independent administrator and the independent directors.
   Given the very small size of the Company’s remaining net assets, the assessed remaining distribution range
   per share is sensitive to the impact of these additional costs. Based on current information available, the
   board has revised the assessed final distribution range to between EUR 3.00 and EUR 3.50 per share. This
   assessment remains subject to material uncertainty as to, in particular, the remaining length of time that
   it will take to wind the Company and its remaining subsidiary up.
   A further announcement will be made once the Company’s final subsidiary has been liquidated, or by 30th
   June 2021, whichever is earlier.

   Elk jaar dat het langer duurt hebben de boys op Guernsey/Jersey weer een jaarsalaris te pakken. En het duurt al 6 jaren hé deze "liquidatie". Alles kan op de beurs in Nederland waar toezicht vrijwel nihil is.

   Inmiddels drie keer een herinnering gestuurd naar het bedrijnf en de AFM gevraagd te handhaven, maar van beide instituties uiteraard geen enkele reactie. Corporate governance, transparantie en toezicht anno 2021, ga zo door Yatra en AFM.

   Ik zei het toch al hierboven. Ze pakken op Jersey elk jar 50000 pond salaris en de accountant ook en hebben helemaal geen haast dus. Speelt al 4 jaar nu dat laatste beetje. Om de slappe toezichthouder (DNB/AFM/en hoe het ook heet tegenwoordig) pakken ze ook een listing in Nederland.
   Je ziet het overal in Nederland. De AFM etc is slappe hap en controleert het verkeerde en achteraf als het te laat is.
   Net als gas bedrijven die geen langdurige contracten hebben ingekocht. Hup 300000 Nederlanders beduvelt.
   Ooit hadden we NUTS bedrijven en die deden het prima.

   Yatra Capital Limited (in liquidation) (“the Company”) EURONEXT ISIN: JE00B1FBT077
   The Company announces that the directors have authorised a final return of capital to shareholders in the amount of €2.4895759 per share, which in total represents all of the remaining net assets of the Company.
   Payments to shareholders will be made on or around 27 May 2022.
   Subsequent to the return of capital, the Company has requested Euronext to delist the shares as soon as possible and the Company will be dissolved.
