   Bij de volgende vraag zien we een vergelijkbaar patroon. Het opmerkelijkst is de daling bij de FVD-kiezers en die van 50PLUS. Deels lijkt dit veroorzaakt te zijn
   door verschuivingen van kiezers tussen de partijen (met name tussen VVD en FVD) en deels door de feitelijke verschuiving in opvattingen onder de FVD-kiezers.
   
   Wilt u dat het overheidsbeleid erop gericht is dat in 2050 de CO2-uitstoot 95% minder is dan in

   partij. Bij FVD, PVV en 50PLUS en in mindere mate bij de VVD zien we een duidelijke... daling... van het percentage kiezers dat zich daar zorgen over maakt. Er
   vindt dus een... polarisatie... plaats van... standpunten... tussen de partijen

    Als je de cijfertjes bekijkt, kunnen VVD..CDA...FvD...PVV...50 plus samen heel veel probemen aanpakken.

    Ach kom op zeg wat wil dit piepkleine nederland nu doen aan de vernieling van het aardse leven als ze zelf al geruime tijd lang alles naast zich neergooiden Bij ons in het dorp waren kiezelgroeven die nadat ze uitgegraven waren volgestort met al het vuil afval dat de gehele omgeving ervan door de bevolking in de vuilnisbak werd gedeponeerd,,,,, ja zelfs autowrakken werden er gewoon ingekiept en later is daar een afdeklaag overheen gekiept en aan gewalst toen de groeves volgestort waren Maar nu komt er afval gas onder vandaan en dat ze een installatie erboven hebben gezet om de gassen af te voeren!!!!! Dit alles komt naar verloop van tijd ook in het grondwater terecht Dus hoe denken jullie hoe dat gaat in landen die alles aan hun laars blijven lappen ook al geven wij nu het voorbeeld!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    De Nederlandse burger wil zelf in een beter klimaat leven en schijnbaar is dit wat minstens 3/4 van Nederland wil. Wat buiten Nederland gebeurt, daar gaan we niet op zitten wachten. (en dat het vroeger geen thema was ook niet)

    Severstal to Provide Electricity Through Use Of Secondary Energy Resources
    
    The Cherepovets Steel Mill one of the largest integrated steel plants in the world (part of the Severstal Russian Steel division), will increase electricity generation through the utilization of industrial gases. CherMK consumes 5.9 billion kWh of electricity per year, of which 78% is generated independently. The company's goal within the strategic priority “Leadership in Costs” is to increase the share of its own generation in total consumption up to 95% by 2025. The work of new sources of generation is planned to be provided through the utilization of secondary energy resources coke, blast furnace and converter gases, which are formed in the process of production.
    
    According to the CEO of Severstal Mr Alexander Shevelev, this task has already been implemented at CherMK for blast furnace and coke oven gases. Currently, Severstal is choosing a technical solution for the utilization of energy from converter gases as a fuel for electricity production. He added that “In the current situation, when CherMK meets the demand for electricity with its own generation by 78%, the share of secondary fuel use for its production is 27.9%. Based on the results of the implementation of our program, we plan to increase the utilization of secondary gases for electricity production up to 33.9%. At the same time, one of the most important effects will be environmental: reduction of pollutant emissions to 12,000 tonnes per year, and CO2 - more than 200,000 tonnes. Utilization of converter gas will reduce the purchase of natural gas for CherMK by 200 million m3 per year, which also complies with our principles of responsible attitude to environmental issues and energy conservation. Thus, the project to increase electricity generation through the use of secondary resources immediately meets three of the 17 UN sustainable development goals, In addition, in accordance with the UN sustainable development goals, the company maintains an optimal balance between the ratio of scrap metal and cast iron in the steel produced. Scrap is the main component in steelmaking in electric steel furnaces. The share of secondary raw materials in one 125 ton smelting significantly exceeds the share of cast iron and amounts to 70%. For example, in 2018, about 900 thousand tonnes of scrap metal was used in the production of electric steel at CherMK.”
    
    Mr Alexander Shevelev said that “Gas utilization projects are also being implemented at Severstal’s resource assets. So, Vorkutaugol JSC uses mine methane, a gas related to greenhouse, for boiler houses. Methane from coal seams is transferred to the surface using vacuum pumping stations, where Vorkutinskaya, Komsomolskaya, Zapolyarnaya and Vorgashorskaya are used as fuel for boiler mines. The Vorkutaugol mine methane degassing and utilization project is unique to Russia. In 2018, the mine boiler companies combined utilized 73% of the total degassing methane, which is 77.5 million cubic meters of gas.”

    Port of Rotterdam’s Power Grid Can Be Reinforced More Efficiently
    
    Over the next few decades, there will be a substantial increase in the demand for green and other electric power on the part of Rotterdam’s industrial sector. The companies will need this extra power for the electrification of industrial processes, the production of green hydrogen and for electric transport. The demand for electricity is expected to increase by a factor of two and possibly even four. This means that Rotterdam is required to reinforce its power grid. However, there is only limited space for extra infrastructure. Moreover, reinforcing the grid will lead to lower costs to society and shorter lead times when this is done based on a long-term vision instead of existing legislation and regulations. These are the findings of a study performed by the Port of Rotterdam Authority, Stedin and TenneT into the consequences of the energy transition for the power grid in Rotterdam’s port area.
    
    The joint study concludes that this issue is particularly urgent because the capacity of the existing power grids and connections in the port of Rotterdam does not suffice to accommodate future plans for a sustainable port area. The lead time for realising new high voltage substations and power lines can be anything from 3 to 10 years. The point of departure of the study was that in the decades ahead, the Netherlands’ energy transition will be in line with the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, with renewable electric power and green hydrogen playing key roles in this process.
    
    The study includes three recommendation to ensure that the necessary reinforcement of the network is completed in due time and at the lowest possible cost to society. The first recommendation concerns the adaptation of legislation and regulations, to enable the step-by-step realisation of infrastructure based on a long-term vision (for 2050) – rather than a piecemeal response to the requests of individual companies. This can result in lower costs for society (avoiding the unnecessary installation of parallel power cables), shorter lead times and can minimise physical bottlenecks. After all, there is only limited space available in the port area. In this process, the right balance has to be struck between the timely completion of infrastructure and the lowest possible risk of this capacity being temporarily or permanently underutilised.
    
    The second recommendation is that the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy (or the participants in the ‘Klimaattafel Industrie’ roundtable) select locations directly along the coast for the large-scale conversion of electric power (generated using offshore wind) into hydrogen and other energy carriers. The underlying reasoning is that hydrogen transport requires far less space and lower investments than transporting electric power. Incidentally, the economic feasibility of large-scale hydrogen production is dependent on a substantial reduction in the costs of the process of electrolysis.
    
    The third recommendation is to already reserve space in the port for future electricity infrastructure, enabling the step-by-step realisation of a robust and future-proof power grid.
