For new and future shareholders of AMG. Tuesday the 11th of January is investors day of AMG:
AMG announced that it wanted to transfer the lithium activities to a separate division, called AMG Lithium. The branch consists of Brazilian mining and processing plants, in addition to a German hydroxide project. Fabiano Costa and Stefan Scherer will lead the new division. The goal of AMG Lithium is to further increase the long-term value of the lithium business. On January 11, AMG will hold an investor day and will then discuss the plans for the division.

AMG just upgraded their 2022 EBITDA guidance to USD175-200M
In the context of there being 9 pre-revenue, unfunded $1B unicorns on the #RKEquity #lithium scoreboard, does it seem right that AMG market cap should be only USD 1.07B?
