   Ik weet niet hoe ik al dit nieuws moet duiden, maar volgens mij is er geen koersbeweging van Pharming in de VS en de omzet is nul,

   Beur, ik heb ooit een artikel of document gelezen over Lenio. En daarin stond min of meer dat elke beslissing die over Lenio genomen moest worden omtrent belangrijke zaken. Wordt beoordeelt door een team van Pharming en Novartis en dat zij tot een overeenstemming moeten komen hierover.

    Die tien jaar vind je terug in de definitie van ‘Royalty Term’ op pagina 13 van de overeenkomst:
    
    “Royalty Term” means, on a country-by-country and Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis, the period commencing on the First Commercial Sale of a Licensed Product in a specified country and continuing until the latest to occur of:
    
    (a) the expiration of the last to expire Valid Claim of the Licensed Patents that Covers such Licensed Product in such country;
    
    (b) the expiration of any Regulatory Exclusivity for such Licensed Product in such country; or
    
    (c) the ten (10) year anniversary of the First Commercial Sale of the Licensed Product in such country”
    
    Als je deze bepaling leest in combinatie met artikel 11.1(a) op pagina 47 zie je dat na tien jaar de overeenkomst voor een bepaald land afloopt.

    Geen zorgen de US (zoals vaker aangegeven) heeft amper liquiditeit waardoor flinke schommelingen naar boven en naar beneden mogelijk zijn. De koers wordt op Euronext bepaald en niet in de US.

    De 10 jaar geld voor a, dat is wat ik bedoelde met bescherming verkoop.
    Andere pharma mogen na tien jaar het medicijn namaken en verkopen als ze het goedgekeurd krijgen. Daarom heb je ook 'niets meer' aan de licentie na 10 jaar.

    Mijn eerste indruk na globaal lezen is het een overname overeenkomst met gespreide betaling, voor niet alleen het huidige onderzoek.

    Klopt, maar Pharming blijft dan gewoon het medicijn verkopen. Net als met Ruconest.

    Niet goedkeuring, maar 'First Commercial Sale' per land.
