    Het is wel heel erg vreemd dit hoor. Eerst tot 8% omhoog en daarna 9 dagen naar beneden.

    Goedkoop instappen want dit is te belachelijk voor woorden.

    Ik baal er ook van maar ga de aandelen BAM absoluut niet met verlies verkopen. Cijfers waren echt niet zo beroerd als nu het aandeel doet. bij Q3 cijfers hoop ik weer een up. Geduld voor mij, ik hoop voor jou ook

    We staan weer op de rampendag van 8 dec jl.
    Ik zou graag positief willen zijn, ware het niet dat de feiten anders liggen.
    De AFM zou toch zo langzamerhand de gouden lorignet eens moeten opzetten.

    Dutch firms line up for €3.5bn of Schiphol work
    Three Dutch contractors are set to be awarded contracts with a combined value of up to €3.5bn (£3.1bn) for construction work at Schiphol Airport in the Netherlands.

    BAM, Heijmans and VolkerWessels have been named following an international tender process for the assignments at Schiphol, which have a total estimated value of €2.5bn to €3.5bn over a period of up to nine years. The work will centre on maintaining and invnesting in existing infrastructure at the airport.

    Schiphol divided the assignments into six lots, with the airport selecting preferred candidates for five lots by means of a European tendering procedure.

    The winners are:

    Aircraft stands lot - consortium comprising KWS Infra and VolkerRail Nederland (both VolkerWessels companies);
    Landside infrastructure lot - BAM Infra;
    Underground infrastructure lot - BAM Infra;
    Terminals 1 & 2 lot - Heijmans Utiliteit;
    Terminal 3 & Schiphol Plaza lot - BAM Bouw en Techniek;
    Runway areas lot - As yet unknown due to ongoing appeal proceedings.

    Schiphol is now set to enter the realisation phase with the selected companies. The construction companies will be fleshing out and fine-tuning their proposed plans and performances with Schiphol over the next few months. Signing of the contracts is expected to happen at the end of 2018, with the implementation beginning in April 2019.

    Winners revealed for £400m Procure North West framework
    4 Sep 2018, 08:58

    Procure North West has chosen 10 contractors for its small works framework, covering public sector works between £50,000 and £1m across Cumbria, Cheshire, Lancashire, Manchester, and Merseyside.

    The procurement body launched the framework in June this year, and has now picked 10 firms following a tender process.

    These are:

    City Build Construction
    Contor Construction
    Cruden Construction
    Eric Wright Construction
    Morris & Spottiswood
    Novus Construction
    Rayner Rowen Construction
    Seddon Construction
    Warden Construction
    Whitfield and Brown Construction

    Project awards under the framework will be based on 30% cost and 70% quality, and schemes will cover a wide range of public bodies and buildings including schools, NHS bodies, leisure providers, housing associations, libraries, and colleges.

    At the same time, Procure North West also launched a services framework; this M&E and building services works across the same five regions with jobs ranging between £50,000 and £10m. The winners for this framework are:

    Dodd Group
    Interserve Engineering
    James Mercer Group
    Logic Electrical
    NG Bailey
    Proline Group
    Seddon
    T Clarke

    The award of the two frameworks follows Procure North West’s £2bn major work framework; winners were chosen in June, and include Bam, Laing O’Rourke, McLaren, Morgan Sindall, and Willmott Dixon, after more than 70 bids were received across the framework’s four lots.

    Other winners include Bardsley, ISG, and Galliford Try, which secured a place on the lot covering projects worth between £5m and £15m; while Casey Group, Eric Wright, Esh, and Seddon all secured spots on the lot covering schemes worth between £1m and £5m.

    This means Seddon has won a place on all three frameworks put out by Procure North West.

    Robbie Blackhurst, managing director of Procure North West, said: “We are absolutely delighted that these two frameworks are now live after receiving over 100 individual lot bids across both procurement routes. The size, capability, and geographical fit of each contractor partner is perfect, and we look forward to working with them over the next four years.”

    “Procure North West can now offer a ‘one stop shop’ for public sector bodies across the region with frameworks that cover both small and major projects providing them with the capability to run a single stage or two stage competition and even to direct award through the Procure North West Direct Framework.”

    dat verkopen aan elkaar door de shorters heb ik al een keer aangetoond.
    Men zal het wel toevallig noemen echter de ene partij bouwde af en de ander gelijk op. Enkele dagen later de omgekeerde handeling. Sooms met 0.01 % verschil echter grosso mode contraire handelingen
